	Ivan Stone President As company founder and president, Ivan Stone has seen Foremost Financial grow steadily over the years. Ivan has over 30 years experience in mortgage financing and administration, and works with clients on mortgage originations and approvals, in addition to overseeing the total operation of the firm.			Pauline Cygelfarb Investment Manager A Licensed Mortgage Broker since 1990, and part of the Foremost team since 1994, Pauline has extensive knowledge of loans and mortgages. Ms. Cygelfarb, deals primarily with the investors of  Foremost and the ongoing support of the mortgages in the mortgage portfolio.
	Paul Rayment Vice-President Paul joined the firm in 1989 and has extensive experience in real estate development and project financing. Paul specializes in evaluating project financing needs and alternative financing options. Paul’s primary function is mortgage origination and approvals.			Eric Kis Controller Prior to joining Foremost Financial in 1996, Eric held various positions as an assistant controller. Eric deals primarily with the day-to-day accounting functions and financial reporting to the firm’s borrowers and investors.
